Vitex Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with Vitex! We strive to ensure that your experience with our products is positive. Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, don’t worry — we offer a replacement and exchange policy. 

Your purchase is eligible for return or replacement only if it meets the following conditions:

  • If an incorrect product was delivered to you, i.e., the product does not match the item description or the wrong product is delivered. 
  • If the product you receive has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect or was delivered in a damaged condition. 
  • Has missing parts or accessories. 

Kindly note that all products are non-returnable. Due to the complex nature of reverse logistics for delicate or large products, we are unable to take returns for any of our products. We only accept return of products if they were shipped out by us and the item is faulty due to an error on our end. We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong item. 

If your purchase meets our criteria as stated above, email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  1. Your order number and phone/email
  2. Minimum 4–5 images showing the product and original packaging clearly. 

We cannot consider any emails or images sent after 48 hrs of delivery. All products must be returned in original packaging and unused condition. 

If there is a genuine defect, we’ll exchange your product or refund the order amount as Store Credit only within 7–10 working days after the product is picked up from your address.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are packaged for dispatch only. 
  • Once cancelled, we will process the refund and the amount will reflect in your account in 7–10 business days

Refund Details

 

  • Refunds are provided only as store credits valid on your next purchase from Vitex. 
  • Cash refunds for COD orders are not allowed.
